Having delivered a high standard for Multiplex continuously for several years on some of their key projects; i.e 22 Bishopsgate, Goldman Sachs HQ and Principal Place (residential), LAC have been awarded the prestigious contract of Phase 4 at Chelsea Barracks.

​The project consists of three residential buildings arranged around a private courtyard at the centre of the development. It includes Five Fields Square, the largest of the public spaces provided within the master plan for Chelsea Barracks.

All three buildings are 6 storeys in height with a 2 storey penthouse set back at the upper levels. The design aims to complement the architectural character and material of the earlier phases, whilst also introducing new features and materials that are distinct to this cluster of buildings, providing variation to the development.

The development will also include car parking, a spa, tennis courts, a wellness centre and two garden squares.
