In January 2017, LA Construction were engaged by SRM for the prestigious Peninsula Hotel & Residences development project.  The design is inspired by the area’s heritage, befitting one of London’s most celebrated addresses, and matching the owner’s aspiration of building a Grand Hotel at the gateway to Belgravia. The scheme received planning consent from Westminster City Council in April 2016. The consent grants permission to replace the 1950s and 1960s offices at 1–5 Grosvenor place and deliver:
